1.2. Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • eSIM has not been activated
  • Request made within 14 days of purchase
  • Proof of purchase/transaction number provided

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. Eligible for Refund:

  • Non-activated eSIMs
  • eSIMs unusable due to technical reasons
  • Incorrect product delivery

2.2. Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Activated eSIMs
  • Packages with data usage
  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase

3. Refund Process

3.2. Refund Payment:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Process completed within 5-10 business days
  • Refund amount equals original purchase amount

  • Each case evaluated individually

4.2. Promotional Sales:

  • Promotional terms apply
  • Special conditions may apply to discounted products

5. EU Consumer Rights

5.1. Statutory Rights:

  • 14-day cooling-off period for EU consumers
  • Right to withdraw without giving a reason
  • Full refund including standard delivery costs

5.2. Exceptions:

  • Digital content delivered immediately
  • Services that have begun with consumer's consent
